30-day money back guarantee
As a private person or business, you have a 30-day money back guarantee. You can return your rug within 30 days and get your full money back. The item has to be in unaltered condition and should not have been used. You have to package the item, the same way as it was, when you received it.
When sending back an item, you first have to contact us to get return instructions. It is your responsibility that the item arrives in an undamaged condition. Make sure that the item is well packed. Please note the customer pays for return shipping. When a return is completed, the same card or method of payment you used for the purchase will be credited. If the item is returned more than 30 days after the order was delivered, we will send it back at the customer’s expense.
If you find that your shipment shows visible signs of damage on receipt, please attempt to open it in the presence of the driver. If the contents of the package are damaged due to shipping process, make sure to document that on the shipping manifest. Damage due to shipping must be reported within 7 days. Contact us immediately so that we have a record of the problem and be sure to retain all packaging materials. If possible, take a photograph of the damaged package, as this can assist in the claim process. In case you see major damage to the outer packaging, please reject the shipment and have the carrier return it.
Shipping is now free to the US except AK & HI. At this time, we do not offer free shipping outside USA. We regret that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Taxes are not charged if your order’s billing and shipping address are outside of Illinois. Orders that are shipped to Illinois or orders with Illinois billing address are subject to Illinois sales tax.
